Meet Mary

The entrepreneurial spirit excited me from my early teens.  I just knew whatever I set my mind to would come to fruition. Fast forward many years and adventures later!  I’m grateful to work alongside my daughter and partner Mandy.

I was licensed to trade in real estate in 1996 and have never looked back.  My desire to learn, be better, and do better, was always that fire in my belly. I love Michaelangelo’s quote ‘Ancora Imparo’, which translates to 'I am still learning'. Growing and improving our skills ensures our clients goals are always met, and we successfully negotiate on their behalf. Our focus ~ we thrive on helping our clients find the right place to call home.

​In my free time I love being involved with local community events, fundraisers, and my book club.  I find it very gratifying. I love reading a great book, travelling, and making my health a priority.​

Meet Mandy

From a young age, I dreamed of doing something in life where I could help people every day.  In 2010, I was studying psychology at York University and working part time doing real estate administration work to get me through school.  I saw an opportunity.  Real estate has allowed me to compete and push myself outside of my comfort zone - to grow as a business owner, all while helping others to achieve their dreams.  I am a huge advocate of setting and achieving goals, and want to share what I've learned. 

Fast forward to today, and you'll see I put that competitive spirit to work for you.  My clients know that I am deeply committed to serving them way beyond the sale.  

​I'm also intensely passionate about being the best version of myself, and show up to win in all areas of my life.  That includes getting fit in the gym (my happy place), working with youth (I volunteer with different organizations), inspiring others to set and achieve goals, and enjoying endless baseball games, anything Harry Potter, baking, and spending time with our son.

Meet Georges

After graduating from the University of Toronto in 2012, I picked up a full time office job with a tech company. I quickly realized how miserable I was and decided that I would be much happier in real estate. I thought to myself, "what can I do every day for the next 10 years and wake up feeling happy?". The answer was clear. Here we are several years later and I'm thrilled to be working with my wife (and her mother)!

My wife and mother-in-law have taken lead roles in real estate sales while I focus on helping clients build their real estate investment portfolios.

My personal hobbies include playing chess (I play everyday!), basketball and running.

Meet Chimmy

An experienced project coordinator with a background in the apparel and fashion industry. Chimmy earned a Bachelor of Commerce focused in International/Global Studies and Marketing from Ryerson University. She specializes in residential real estate to provide a seamless experience from browsing to closing.
